Description
Smokies Life is a nonprofit cooperating association, and as such is one of the National Park Service’s oldest and most enduring partnerships. The primary purpose of Smokies Life is to support the scientific, historical and interpretive activities of Great Smoky Mountains National Park by providing educational products and services to park visitors. Smokies Life operates the visitor's centers and information desks in and around Great Smoky Mountains National Park, provides annual cash aid to GSMNP in support of science, education and interpretation, as well as provides outdoor educational experiences to Smokies Life members inside the park.
